Processing Times
All products are handcrafted to order.
Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be made before it ships.
During peak seasons (like holidays or large custom orders), processing may take up to 7–10 business days.
We’ll always keep you updated if there are any unexpected delays.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email confirmation with a tracking number.
You can use this link to follow your package every step of the way.

Shipping Areas
We currently ship within the Continental United States only.
If you’re interested in international shipping, please contact us — we’re happy to explore options for special orders.

Lost or Damaged Packages
We take great care to pack each order safely.
If your package arrives damaged or doesn’t show up:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Include your order number and photos of the damage (if applicable).

We’ll work quickly with the carrier to resolve the issue or send a replacement if necessary.

Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping information before completing your order.
We’re not responsible for items shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
If your package is returned to us, we’ll gladly reship it — additional shipping charges may apply.

Returns & Exchanges
Because most of our products are custom-made, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or defective.
